Order of the Supreme Court of India regarding female foeticide, 25/11/2014
Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Voluntary Health Association of Punjab Vs Union of India & Others dated 25/11/2014 regarding female foeticide. The Court also stated that "we would require the States to give suggestions by a separate affidavit, if some incentives can be given to the family who show respect and honour for the girl child and give birth to girl child so that the sex ratio is improved."
