Towards CDM reform
This report aims to propose ideas for CDM reform, targeting international negotiators of the CDM. The Market Mechanism Group of IGES organised the IGES CDM Capacity Building Kyoto General Meeting in order to discuss, among other items, ideas for CDM reform This report presents the findings of the meeting, based mostly on materials presented by IGES researchers at the meeting.
